Resend or replace

Damaged or wrong items? We ship a replacement.

When you are eligible

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or color.
  • The package was lost in transit and never delivered.
  • The item does not match the description on our store.

When returns are not accepted

  • The wrong shipping address was provided by the buyer and the package was returned to sender.
  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • The product was used, washed, or altered after opening.
  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product itself.

How to start a return

  1. Submit an inquiry with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days.
  3. If the return is our fault, we send a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, you ship the item back at your own cost.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, lost package), we cover shipping. For buyer's-remorse returns, the buyer pays return shipping to our warehouse.
